Treasurer
PART TIME: 520 Hours per Year
(maximum of 10 hours average/week for 50 weeks)
Based on 52 weeks with 2 weeks leave per year
BENEFITS & SALARY: Compensation $20.00 per hour paid every two (2) weeks
Two (2) weeks paid annual leave
Position Summary: Accountable to the Pastor and the Staff Parish Relations Committee. The Bookkeeper manages all accounts payable; pays apportionments, invoices and taxes; communicates with vendors as needed; processes reimbursement/disbursement forms; writes checks; processes payroll; provides reports to Finance Committee, Church Council and others as needed; oversees budgets and balance sheets; coordinates efforts with the Church Treasurer; and other financial duties as determined by the Pastor, SPRC and Finance Chair.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting software or be trained to use.
